Bands assessed against Cadw's full scheduled-monument report (GM085). fortified_residence upgraded from register-derived to assessed — the impressive gatehouse (a gatehouse meant to be held), curtain wall and promontory bailey give active defence, and the footings of several buildings within indicate the residential range.
